Annaliese Constable has worked in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ) community for twenty years. Annaliese is a writer, activist, performer and advocate who has significant experience working with marginalised communities such as the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, sex worker communities, young people and also LGBTQ communities.

Annaliese has conducted research into family and domestic violence in the LGBTQ community, created resources around sexual health for the LGBTIQ and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and has facilitated over 200 peer education workshops. Currently Annaliese is the Manager of Sexual, Domestic and Family Violence at ACON.
